So this year for pioneer day we had a BBQ with the Peterson Clan. We had great food and lots of fun. Some of us played crocket while others went to to the craft show downtown. Then we had Fireworks in the backyard. Which is something we have never done before. It was nice to feel like the fireworks we just for us and we didn't have to share. We could have gone out front with the other neighbors because they were doing fireworks to, but we always do it with them so this was a nice change. On a side note I was helping to take the chair off the deck so we could sit and watch the fireworks more comfortable when I kick one of the chairs and I think I might have broken one of my toes. I will know if it is broken if it doesn't heal quickly.
